The website App allows users to select photos from their phone gallery/camera roll, Instagram Facebook and computer for printing by Pocket Prints.
When you choose to print photos with Pocket Prints you are subject to the following terms and conditions. We advise you to read these conditions prior to your order, as once photos have been ordered you are agreeing to abide with these.
Personal Details – Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Pocket Prints Pty Ltd.
Pocket Prints Pty Ltd does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when
purchasing products from our website.
Your credit card details are processed by Stripe and/or
PayPal
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Pocket Prints Pty Ltd reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
We accept most major credit cards . Orders receive by us are printed and then dispatched upon payment being received in full.
We offer FREE standard shipping on all print products.
We use Australia Post to ship all orders, shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you both quickly and efficiently.
Note that delivery may vary to regional destinations.
We are located in Melbourne, Australia & use Australia Post for deliveries Orders are printed and dispatched within 48 hours of us receiving the order Monday to Friday afternoon.
Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged, or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with Australia Post. Refunds or replacements will not be given if your prints get damaged or go missing in transit.
Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been confirmed and your order dispatched we cannot alter the address,
If we are required to resend your order, we’ll charge the standard postage rate to resend.
